Deathloop has a new video dedicated to discussing his PvP with Julianna
Deathloop, the latest game from Arkane Lyon, was given a platform at the QuakeCon 2021, which is taking place right now in a new format idealized by Microsoft and Xbox in which, instead of an initial conference Keynote, each game has its own mini-conference panel. Bethesda Softworks booth was also set aside for Deathloop, which is being developed by the award-winning team at Arkane Lyon.
The French studio, despite being a member of the Xbox Game Studios, which develops exclusive Microsoft products, is gearing up to release a new IP for the PlayStation 5 and PC, thanks to a series of agreements signed with the company earlier this year.
Dinga Bakaba made an appearance at QuakeCon 2021, where he discussed how to include new details and characterize the character Julianna Blake, whose face remains a mystery to the public to this day.
We know that a lone assassin would often and willingly infiltrate Colt’s missions during his missions, resulting in a true PvP if Julianna is a real player (in which case, the antagonist will be controlled by the IA). The reason for her pursuit of Colt, on the other hand, remains a mystery.
When we play through the game’s first few stages, the director of Arkane Lyon explains that everything will become clearer to us. During these stages, it will be explained what the two main characters of Deathloop have in common.
It is also stated that, despite the fact that their relationship is based on jokes, the relationship between Colt and Julianna is based on something deeper.
Deathloop will be released on the 14th of September, 2021, for the PlayStation 5 and the PC.
