Microsoft has released further information about the schedule and games that will be featured at the Xbox Gamescom 2021

Larry Hryb, a Team Xbox executive best known for his role as Major Nelson on Xbox Live, took to social media to share a slew of key details about the Xbox Gamescom Showcase, a media event that will be broadcast on Thursday, August 24.

According to an article published by Xbox Wire colleague Will Tuttle, Major Nelson appeared on social media to invite all Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One users to admire the digital program prepared by Microsoft to commemorate the start of Gamescom 2021.

Based on information shared by Hryb, we now know that the Xbox Showcase on August 24 will last around 90 minutes and will be “replete with updates on some of the biggest games coming to Xbox, the newest titles coming to Xbox Game Pass, and much more.”

As a result, Microsoft should return to show some of the most anticipated First-party titles from its subsidiaries within Xbox Game Studios, with a focus on gameplay from previously announced titles, insights into upcoming titles that will be added to the Xbox Game Pass catalog in the near future, and, who knows, a surprise in the form of a teaser for an unannounced game.
