Unfortunately, the announcement didn’t reveal much about the game, other than confirming its existence and naming Aspyr Media as the studio behind the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic remake.
While we wait for additional information, countless fans of the work have begun to speculate, particularly about the extent of the alterations that the remake will make to the original work.
Many of the points to examine are based on the combat system, which in the BioWare game was built on a turn-based system with a tactical approach.
Many fans are now worried that Aspyr Media may alter this structure into a real-time fighting system in order to bring Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake closer to the logic of modern Action RPGs. Which of the two options do you prefer?
Importantly, there is currently no official information accessible. Even Jeff Grubb appears to be clueless, but he has expressed in a series of Tweets that he would be happy to see the game return, even if it abandoned the turn-based combat system in favor of something more action-oriented (which he expects will happen).
