The Elder Scrolls 6 is said to be an Xbox exclusive

Despite the fact that The Elder Scrolls 6 has been marketed as a cross-platform title, Microsoft has stated that the open-world RPG will not be released on PlayStation platforms.

In response to the potential that Microsoft may distribute Bethesda titles on the PS5 in the future, such as Starfield, Jeff Grubb, a well-known video game industry insider, stated that this will not happen and that The Elder Scrolls 6 will be an Xbox exclusive.

The Elder Scrolls 6 was first revealed at Bethesda’s E3 2018 presentation, but there has been little news regarding the game since then. Todd Howard recently stated that it is still in the design stage and is being created using the new Creation Engine 2 engine.

Following Microsoft’s acquisition of Bethesda, all titles offered by the firm, including Starfield and Redfall, are Xbox exclusives. The Elder Scrolls 6 is expected to follow the same path. It was to be anticipated.
