The supposed duration of “A Plague Tale: Requiem” campaign is revealed

Asobo Studio's newest game, A Plague Tale: Requiem, is a direct sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence, which was released in 2019. The game was formally unveiled at Microsoft's E3 2021 presentation, and few details about the sequel have been published since then.

However, that is about to change, as Asobo Studio has reportedly begun a “beta” phase of A Plague Tale: Requiem and is searching for trustworthy gamers to test the new game. Those that were asked to test the game received an email with some information, and in this email, he revealed that A Plague Tale: Requiem will have a duration of 16 hours; here’s an excerpt from the email:

“From September 23rd until September 26th, you will have access to the machine where the game will be remotely launched using Parsec. During these four days, you will attempt to reach the project’s midpoint, which will take approximately eight hours. is perfect for you.”

With that, we can only assume that it takes 8 hours to complete 50 percent of the game and another 8 hours to complete 100 percent, for a total of 16 hours, although that could change or be incorrect.

In any case, it’s a nice length, considering A Plague Tale: Innocence lasts between 9 and 12 hours. The best thing to do is to wait for more information directly from Asobo Studio.

Set out on a thrilling and breathtaking expedition. Join Amicia and her brother Hugo on a perilous new adventure, doing all it takes to survive in a harsh and cruel world.

Plague Tale: Requiem will be available in 2022 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X. The game will also have a streaming Nintendo Switch version.
